- Places are limited, first come first serve based RM30 registration fees with free gift

- the decision of the judges is final. Any appeal will not be entertained
- An old work with "school" or any theme must be handed in during the registration. It will be 20% of the grading
- All works received are not returnable. Rules and regulations are as follow as the formal registration form
